Please review all details carefully, including spelling, sizes, dates, and image quality. If we request approval of a design proof, review it thoroughly before approving production.

You confirm that you have the necessary permissions to submit your materials and authorize their use for your order. Submitted materials must not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You grant BeeBeeBuys and the providers assisting with your order permission to use and adapt these materials as reasonably necessary to design, produce, and fulfill your purchase. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original materials to us.

Submitting photographs for an order does not, by itself, authorize their use in our public advertising. We will seek permission before using identifiable customer photographs or personalized designs in promotional materials.

We may decline requests containing unlawful content or materials we reasonably believe infringe another person’s rights.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will try to accommodate your request. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after production or shipping begins, particularly for personalized products, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you discover an error.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, and other circumstances. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law.

A delivery estimate or extended non-delivery guarantee does not require you to wait beyond a legally applicable deadline before exercising your rights.
